Connecting to Evolutionary Impulses

This audio meditation (25 minutes) begins with alignment through the 3 centers of Head, Heart, and Gut, and leads you to processing issues and shifting through  connecting to the evolutionary impulses and potentials seeking to arise into expression. As we release resistance to life, we no longer see ‘issues’ to resolve, but rather only opportunity for fuller expression.  As we sense into the potentials arising from our vast feminine expression, we discover unsung tones that bring us to ever greater wholeness.

Note: in the meditation, I refer to the EHS (Embodied Harmonics Symbol process), but if you have not done this with me, then simply image a sphere of activating light in its place.
